All cancellations must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as per the time of cancellation before the travel date. Hotel, transport, and third-party service providers may have their own cancellation rules, which will be applicable. During peak season or special offers, cancellation charges may be higher.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and non-refundable booking amounts. The refund amount will be transferred to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Please note that service charges and booking fees are non-refundable.

- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the journey.

- Travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during the trip.
- Any damage caused by the traveler to hotel property or vehicle will be chargeable.
